Steady dark tint for bright sun. Range, patrol and field work in strong daylight.
Fully clear lens for indoor, night and low-light work, when you want protection without tint.
Clear indoors, darkens in UV light in about 60 seconds. One lens from dawn to full sun. Needs direct UV: will not darken behind a UV-blocking windshield or under a hat; darkest in cold weather.
VLT = Visible Light Transmission. Lower VLT = darker lens.
